How It Works

Coolware™ is a personal cooling device that fits comfortably around the neck. It uses a patented evaporative cooling system with a water chamber and fan to deliver a cooling sensation.

The fan draws in air through air intakes. The air then moves over the saturated cloth in the water chamber and is cooled as a result. This cool air chills the cooling plates. The cooling plates lie against the neck and provide a cooling sensation to the body.

You can use the personal cooling product to help beat the heat indoors or while walking, hiking, fishing, gardening, or enjoying other outdoor activities. The device works best in humidity below 70%.

Directions and Product Manual

  1. Fill the water chamber over a sink or other water-safe area. Distilled water is recommended. Shake excess water from the unit.
  2. Turn the fan switch to Hi.
  3. Put the device on your neck with the power switch toward the back. Adjust the spring-loaded arms to fit your neck size.
  4. You will feel the cooling effect. Adjust the fan speed (to Lo or Hi) for comfort.
